Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or made-to-order candles may require additional time for production, which will be noted on the product page.

  • We try to ship early in the week to avoid heat-sensitive products from sitting on a truck or in a warehouse for an extended period of time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Domestic: 5-7 business days

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally may offer Free Shipping, which will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship overseas.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us at hello@seaglasscandleco.com.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an error is noticed, contact us immediately at hello@seaglasscandleco.com to correct the information.
